Q: How do I sign up?
Registration is open now. Please be advised that we can only bring 12 people in the van and the house can’t hold more. This event will fill quickly. We highly recommend signing up today using realm.
Q: How can I pay for Beach retreat?
The cost for our Beach retreat is $250. You will be prompted to pay with a credit card upon registering.
Q: Cancellations?
If for any reason you need to drop from the event before July 2nd, you will receive a full refund. If you drop from the event after July 2nd, we are unable to offer refunds unless the spot is filled by another student.
Q: What does the price include?
The cost of the retreat includes transportation, gas, housing, 11 meals, supplies.
Q: Does my teen need to bring any additional money?
No, your teen will not need to bring money to pay for meals. However, if they would like any souvenirs or extra snacks during the trip they will want to bring money.
Q: Where will they be staying?
We will be staying in one rented house in St. Simons Island. Each gender will have separate rooms on separate floors of the house. Adult chaperones will be on each floor.
Q: What to bring?
A packing list will be emailed out prior to the weekend.
Q: If my teen is on the waitlist, will they be able to get off the waitlist?
Yes, if someone drops from the trip, we will notify the first person on the waitlist to see if they are still interested in attending.
