Joe is originally from Northern California. He moved to Atlanta with his wife Miriam in 2003 where he led the Student Ministry at Peachtree Presbyterian church for 14 years. Prior to his move to Atlanta, Joe worked as a counselor for one summer at Hume Lake Christian Camps, and was on staff at Menlo Park Presbyterian Church for six years working with middle and high school students. He earned his Masters of Divinity from McAfee School of Theology at Mercer University. The spring of 2016, Joe accepted a position on the pastoral staff at Kairos. He has a passion for leading and developing teams, teaching, and implementing vision. He enjoys grabbing meals with people and discussing important issues pertaining to their lives and faith. Joe is a father of two, Ellie and Conner. He enjoys reading, coaching baseball, working on his jeep, mowing the grass, and spending lots of time outdoors.
